Ben Rhydding Community Fete

The 2008 Ben Rhydding Fete took place on Saturday 28 June on Ben Rhydding Primary School's field. It was an afternoon of family fun and games, stalls, refreshments, entertainment, cream teas, a beer tent, jazz music - and much much more!

The first annual Ben Rhydding Community Fete took place on 24 June, 2006 and was such a great success that it has been repeated every year since.

The event was the idea of a number of people, principally within St John's Church. All groups and organisations within the village played their part, and provided fun, competitions, and refreshments. The Fete was very kindly supported by Ilkley Parish Council, and would not have been possible without the great efforts put in by the leaders of Ben Rhydding Scouts and Guides.
